Delivery & Returns

Most orders are shipped with PARCELFORCE, and tracking information is sent to the email address used on your order. For palletised orders, we use a pallet service which can take up to 3 -5 working days. We endeavour to deliver all orders within 1-2 working days, but this is not always possible, and cannot be guaranteed.

Carriage charges

All orders above £100.00 ex VAT have free delivery as standard. A delvery charge of £7.50 will be applied to orders under this value

Next Day Delivery

Next day delivery is never guaranteed and if you are in urgent need of goods, we would encourage you to call us on 01475 600820 as early in the day as possible in order for us to check stock levels and escalate your order.

Out of Stock Items

Due to size constraints, we are unable to stock every item in our warehouse that we advertise on our website.

On the occasion that you order an item which is not currently in our warehouse, we will e-mail or call to make you aware of this. We will provide a delivery estimate, and will update you accordingly.

TORK Products

The vast majority of Tork products are on a 2-week lead time. If you need a Tork product sooner, please call us on 01475 600820 and we can advise our current stock levels.

Returns

Returns are accepted up to 14 days from receiving goods. Goods must be returned in an unused condition unless otherwise agreed. Returns can be arranged by us and cost £7.95 + VAT + 15% Restock charge on order value for the uplift service, otherwise you can use your preferred courier.
