Product Description & Directions For Use | A highly concentrated alkaline cleaner designed for many different types of cleaning jobs, ranging from the cleaning of small appliances to removal of grease from floors and industrial machinery. Powerclean is suitable for cleaning concrete, linoleum, ceramic tiles, painted walls, restaurant kitchen floors, vinyl surfaces, oven hoods and any washable surface subject to pre-testing. Always pre-test surface with diluted solution before proceeding. Not recommended for use on aluminium, wood, carpet, fabric and polished or delicate surfaces. Use with caution on painted surfaces and plastics. Light cleaning: Dilute 10 to 30ml Powerclean per litre of hot water (1 to 50). General cleaning: Dilute 30 to 60ml Powerclean per litre of hot water (1 to 25). Heavy duty: Dilute up to 250ml Powerclean per litre of hot water for fire restoration and degreasing (1 to 4). Apply solution by sprayer or applicator, then scrub to remove soil. Rinse surface thoroughly with clean water or Prochem acidic rinse solution. |

Skin Contact: Prolonged or repeated contact with concentrate may cause temporary irritation and may aggravate an existing condition.
Inhalation: Breathing spray may cause temporary irritation of the nose and throat.
Ingestion: Ingestion of concentrate may produce nausea, irritation and possible systemic effects.

Section 4: First Aid Measures
Eye Contact: Flush immediately with water for 15 minutes, then seek medical attention.
Skin Contact: Flush skin with plenty of water. Seek medical attention if any skin irritation persists.
Inhalation: Get fresh air and seek medical assistance if breathing irritation persists.
Ingestion: If swallowed, DO NOT induce vomiting unless directed to do so by medical personnel. If injured party is conscious, give two glasses of water. Seek medical attention.

Extinguishing Media: Product is not flammable. Use water, carbon dioxide, dry powder extinguisher, or other media appropriate for materials actually involved in fire.
Fire/Explosion Hazards: No explosion hazard.
Decomposition Products: Exposure to fire may liberate carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, water and other unidentified thermal decomposition products from this product or its packaging.
Special Protective Equipment: Self contained breathing apparatus for large amounts involved in fire.

Containment and Disposal: Large spills should be treated with dry absorbent and disposed at legal waste disposal site. Small spills can be flushed with water to sewage drain linked to waste treatment facility.

Eye Protection: Side shield safety glasses are recommended when handling concentrate or during spray application.
Protective Clothing: Standard work clothing and nitrile rubber gloves. Protective gloves should be inspected for wear before use and replaced regularly in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.
Respiratory Protection: For situations where recommended exposure limits may be exceeded or where there is a risk of inhalation of fine spray mists, a suitable fine particle dust mask is recommended. Ventilation: Normal air circulation. Allow adequate ventilation in enclosed areas.
Hygiene: Wash hands and clothing after use or spill. Do not eat or drink when handling chemicals.
